MININGLAND’s experienced Technical Department has developed a VSI vertical shaft impactor which can be adapted to numerous different applications. Its unique state-of-the-art design allows 4 different configurations just by making minor changes during assembly. This is achieved with two different rotors – one open and one closed – and two impact chambers – rock and anvil. It is also possible to mount a second direct feed to the impact chamber to improve the shape of laminar products with minimum wear. As a result of this innovative system, these machines can adapt to certain tasks as secondary elements, and are ideal as tertiary and quaternary units in the crushing line. They can also operate with highly abrasive products with the appropriate configuration and wear elements.
